Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before an order via email or phone call will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an order will be subject to a charge of half of the product/service rate.
If Sweets by Lala cancels an order with less than a 48-hour notice, a new order will be issued without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
